This privacy notice outlines how we will use, store and share your personal data and supplements any additional transparency notice provided to you (this “Privacy Notice”).
Lendlease is made up of different legal entities, details of which can be found here (the “Lendlease Group”). This Privacy Notice is issued on behalf of the Lendlease Group so when we mention "Lendlease”, "we", "us" or "our" in this Privacy Notice, we are referring to the relevant company in the Lendlease Group responsible for processing your data. Your personal data will be controlled by the Lendlease Group entity that provides services to you. For the purposes of any personal data we collected through this website, Lendlease Residential Asset Management Services (Europe) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 11065569, is the controller.
Lendlease is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected, and that we comply with all applicable data protections laws including (as applicable): the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“EU GDPR”), the EU GDPR as it forms part of UK law (“UK GDPR”) the Data Protection Act 2018 and marketing and cookies laws, (together with associated guidance), each as amended from time to time (the "Data Protection Laws"). Where we have not specified a fixed retention period, we retain personal data based on factors such as legal requirements, the nature of our relationship with you and operational needs. This includes considering the type of personal data, the risk of harm from any continued storage, and our need to maintain accurate records of our engagement with you.

As a global organisation the Lendlease Group regularly handles and transfers personal data between Lendlease Group companies operating in different countries. Where your information is processed by or shared between the Lendlease Group, your information is likely to be transferred to or from Australia, the United Kingdom, Greater China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States and Italy for the purposes set out above.
We may transfer personal data to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected and outside of the UK or European Economic Area ("EEA"). Different countries have different privacy laws and requirements, and some provide less legal protection for your personal data than others.
Where your personal data is collected within the UK or European Economic Area ("EE"), it will only be transferred outside of the UK or EEA where an adequate level of protection for your data protection rights can be ensured, and where appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with relevant Data Protection Laws. We do not currently use automated decision-making processes, including profiling, that significantly affect you. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Notice and provide relevant information.
We take the security of your personal data seriously. We have put in place appropriate technical and organisation measures to protect personal data from misuse, interference or loss and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. These measures include, but are not limited, to storing most data about you in secure computer systems and databases operated by either us or our external service providers and restricting access to those who have a legitimate business purpose and reason for accessing it.
You have a number of rights under the Data Protection Laws in relation to the way we process your personal data, which can be exercised at any time and which are set out below. You may contact us using the details set out below to exercise any of these rights. These rights apply unless an exemption under the Data Protection Laws applies. If an exemption does apply, we will explain this to you when responding to your request.
We will aim to respond to your request within one month. If your request is particularly complex, we may extend this by a further two months and we will inform you if this is the case.

You have the right to request confirmation that your personal data is being processed, to request access to your personal data (through us providing a copy).
Rectification

You have the right to ask us to restrict or block the processing of your personal data that we hold about you. This right applies where you believe the personal data is not accurate, you would rather we block the processing of your personal data rather than erase your personal data, where we don’t need to use your personal data for the purpose we collected it for but may require it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where we’ve obtained your consent, you have the right to obtain your personal data from us and use it for your own purposes across different services. This allows you to move personal data easily to another organisation, or to request us to do this for you.
To Object
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate business interests, unless we are able to demonstrate that, on balance, our legitimate interests override your rights or we need to continue processing your personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
